PERSONAL PORTFOLIO
132 Bourke st,
Melbourne central
March 2023
This project is focusing on creating a temporary living community for displaced individuals, by using both modelling and creative technologies to convey our studio concept. The provided site is on 132 Bourke st, where is currently a vacant area for us to utilize. We used photographic and sensory recording to create individual sensory collection in order to explore domestic and performative rituals, which is helpful with building up more specific sense of belonging in our design proposal. We are expected to create a functional space arrangement within a limit interior space requirement and having traditional cultural features that would attract client to live here. We also use virtual reality technique for client to experience the relatively real condition of the living unit.
